Freedom

What is the key to releasing yourself from your emotional prison?

Simply this: Your thoughts create your emotions; therefore, your
emotions cannot prove that your thoughts are accurate. Unpleasant
feelings merely indicate that you are thinking something negative and
believing it. Your emotions follow your thoughts just as surely as baby
ducks follow their mother.

choose the thoughts you put in your mind and release yourself from this prison...

Forgive your way to being strong

As frequently as possible hold thoughts of forgiveness in your mind for others. In muscle testing, when you hold thought of revenge you will go weak while a thought of forgiveness keeps you strong. Revenge, anger, and hatred are lower energies that keep you from matching up with the attributes of universal force. A simple thought of forgiveness towards someone who have angered you in the past will go along way in raising your spirits and will come in aid for your individual intentions.

Ever wonder why you feel so light & easy when you amend with someone? Next time when you are hating someone replace that thought with love, which is more powerful than hate energy. You can never hate someone for whom you have love in your heart!

have a good one!

4 Liberating Assumptions

In times of stress, crises, being overwhelmed we start sabotaging, doubting ourselves. We loose our track, our vision, our goal that we are marching towards. These few things might rescue us when we start doubting our abilities & loose our focus.

  • It is not my responsibility to make things better, however it is my responsibility to do my best.
  • They have limitations too.
  • This conflict or argument is not about who i am, it does not define me.
  • Letting go doesn't mean I don't care.

so what might be somethings you can think of you do to overcome stressing situations, people, feeling of overwhelmed?

You have a great weekend! ...signing off ~/

Quality vs Safe Problems

Quality problems in our lives involves risky forward thinking decision that often takes us to another stage of our life like:
  • career shit ~ committing to relationship ~ starting a family ~ or perhaps leaving a relationship
Quality problems requires us to make a decision to do something that will make difference.

Safe problems on other hand are lingering issues that lies within our control like:
  • depression ~ procrastinating ~ addiction ~ blaming others ~ avoiding decisions ~ or withdrawing from others
Safe problems are safe because they seem to protect us from fear that if we try and fail, we will not be loved or appreciated in life. Of course in a long run safe problems are the ones that causes more problems to our bodies, relationships & spiritual well being.

good to be back to blogging (: hope you are having great on!

We all need

We all are driven by six needs
  • Certainty (security)
  • Variety (surprises, need for some uncertainty)
  • Significance (importance, am i worthy of love)
  • Connection/Love (we need connections with others & strive for some sort of love)
  • Growth (if one is not growing, they die, growing emotionally, intellectually, spirituality)
  • Contribution (sense of giving something to someone, making difference is someones life)
Most people have 2 important needs out of six, they are the driving force of their life & must be met for them to feel good. If someone rates Certainty over Love & Connection, then no amount of love will make them happy unless they are completely Certain.

The goal should be to find out what are others most important needs & do everything to make sure that they are meeting this in their eyes. You do this and your relationship with any other human beings will prosper!

have a better day than good, signing off.... yazi~/

Feel the fear & do it anyway

Millions of years ago, fear was our body's way of telling us that we are out of our comfort zone. It signaled us of possible danger & gave us burst that we need to run away. Unfortunately our response was useful back in those days when wild animals were out on loose, but most of our fears today are not that life threatening at all.

Today fear is a signal we need to be more alert and do some research before leaping forward. So don't let the fear today keep you away from moving forward. Once you feel the fear, acknowledge it perhaps appreciate it & do your homework to move on. Today fear is only:

Persistence

Continuing on the thought of Ten Emotions to Practice from few days ago i think practicing Persistence is another good one..

Persistence is probably the single most important quality of those extraordinary people who go on to achieve massive success. Whenever you hear someone who made it big out of rags will talk about never giving up, staying in the game. The longer you hangs around, the greater the chance of something happening in your favor. No matter how hard it gets going, the longer you stick around the better chance of you achieving.

"If you are going through hell, keep going"

so hang in there & i will see you @ the top tomorrow... (:
