5 truths about the feeling of fear, hopefully knowing it will help you get control over emotion of fear:
  1. Fear will never go away as long as you continue to grow.
  2. Only way to get rid of fear of doing something is to actually do it.
  3. Only way to feel better about youself is by going out and doing it.
  4. You are not the only one to experience fear when going someplace new, everyone does.
  5. Pushing through fear is less freighting than living with it helplessly.
