Finding Balance

I came across some ways small steps towards starting to balancing life in mist of fast pace life. I think balance is very important for healthy, happier & prosperous life.
  • Build small breaks into your day taking time in the morning & evening to reflect & refocus on big picture
  • Be willing to ask for help before reaching state of overwhelmed, acknowledge you can use additional help
  • Using Vacation Days embrace the rejuvenating power of consecutive time off, when you will go back to work you will be more resilient and clear minded
  • Seek Time-Stretching options like telecommunication or avoiding rush hours
  • Practice saying No without feeling guilty

Finding balance is very important for our well-being.
I add that the basic rule in good health maintenance is to understand what is good and what is harmful for our body. Human body is designed in accordance with the laws of physics and chemistry. These laws never change.
