Exceptional Service

Life cycle of exceptional service goes through 4 phases. Each phase done perfectly will lead to transactional satisfaction, which would directly lead to future encounters and build customers loyalty.

Explore - Build awareness, rapport and understanding
Agree - Negotiate, understand clear terms & conditions and make mutual promise
Deliver - Do what you promise to do; create, deliver, produce, ship etc
Assure - Make sure all parties are fully satisfied, if not explore what needs to be then and then do it
