“Don’t believe in words, only believe in behaviors.” People judge your values and character based on the difference between your words and actions. Everyone is better off when deeds and testimony match.
As they say, actions speak louder than words. Makesure you walk the talk.

Be in the zone
Unless you truly know in the depth of your heart that you are a winner, you never will be. You have to believe it constantly not just while competing—but while sleeping, eating, showering, talking, and partying.
This sort of constant assurance is called being in the zone.

Adversity - Heard some adversity
Believe – Formed wrong believe about themselves, way you believe to adversity
Consequences – Those wrong believes caused by adversity lead to wrong unhealthy consequences
The lesson here is never pay too much attention to the adversity and form wrong, negative believes.

If You Doubt, You’re Out
Confidence is like a helpful virus spreading throughout your body.
If you have it, it will infect everything you do in a positive way. If
you don’t, it will undermine everything you do.
People who lack confidence not only fear doing things they are
not good at, they actually start to fear performing tasks in which
they excel because they question whether they’re all that good at
anything.
Confidence spreads with successes, and lack of confidence multiplies
with failures. If your confidence falters, turn to what you do
best, and then take on more challenging tasks. Build little daily successes
to increase it.

If you don't believe, no one else will
Sometimes we look to others to convince us of what we want to
believe. “I can do it, can’t I?” we ask.
Ironically, others base their true judgments, not just on what
they think we can do, but on what they think we think we can do.
In other words, the people around you will most likely mirror your
feelings—showing you fear when you show fear and confidence
when you demonstrate confidence.
You can’t rely on others to convince you because they will rely
on you to convince them.
