Be aware of your own sabotaging responses, such as I can't, I can't be bothered, What will others think and what if types

These are learned attitudes that will keep you away from reaching any goal. Challenge these thoughts, if people spent the same time creating ways to accomplish a goal as they did thinking of reasons why they can't, they'd achieve a lot more. Combat negativity by going ahead and doing it anyway.
