The best thing to give

your enemy is forgiveness
to an opponent, tolerance
to a friend, your heart
to your child, a good example
to your father, a deference
to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you
to your self, self respect
to all other men, charity

Making giving part of our regular life is vital, and the beauty about all things in that poem is it don't cost anything. Personally I think giving should be conditioned to become part of our nature. If someone ever asked sun, Who do you give us so much light and warmth? I believe the sun will answer, It's my nature to do so. The more you give of yourself, no matter how little or how much, the more you open door for life to pour back in.

Ever felt when you do something for somebody how much touched they are. They sense a way of their responsibility to pay you back with same kind. If someone ever comes to you with their problems the least you can give them is hope.

wishing everyone better day than good, have a wonderful weekend!

I am amazed Yazi!
I've just written about the same topic in my blog. And even though it's the same subject, the approach is completely different. Nice!

You are definitely right. Giving is the best thing, much better than receiving.
And there is no excuse for not helping someone, because we all have something good to share!

You see, you've just written a good message for us. Thanks for sharing it!

Have a good week!

its better to give than to receive. but.. its always easier to receive something than to give. that explains why majority prefer to be the receiver.

What's awesome about giving is that we end up receiving as well. And often we may be receiving more than we gave.:)
