This means having a focus on others and seeking their approval. This is basically a life of fear and, when things don’t turn out as you had hoped, of desperation.

There's a saying that there are 3 types of people. They are:

• There are those who make things happen.
• There are those who watch things happen.
• Then there are those who says what happened.

Vast majority of people are walking around wondering what happened. As we have moved from industrial age to information age. Knowledge is the raw material of production & value in this age. In society the difference use to be that those who had more and those who had less. Today however, the difference is those who know more & those who know less.
