4. Can I be somebody here?
5. Does it have any rhyme or rhythm?
6. Can I own this place?
7. Do I have any rights?
8. Is this where I can learn something?

Doing some soul searching and knowing what you value can help you decide if this a right job for you at this moment.

Past does not equal future

High Achievers let go of what doesn’t work when it isn’t working. They don’t make the future pay the debts of the past. They don’t make the next job, or next company, or next lover, pay for their last bad experience.
You don’t win by punishing the next boss for what you didn’t get from the last one. You can’t let the past invent your future.
