High Achievers let go of what doesn’t work when it isn’t working. They don’t make the future pay the debts of the past. They don’t make the next job, or next company, or next lover, pay for their last bad experience.
You don’t win by punishing the next boss for what you didn’t get from the last one. You can’t let the past invent your future.
