Love people

What? Love people? That.s right! Why? Because if you are going to get to the top, u are going to need other people to help you out. Be a jerk and you will find people dragging their feet on you. Treat them right and you will find them helping you and even cheering you on!

Perhaps a course or two on interpersonal relationship to sharpen up communicating skills will not be a bad idea. After all we need people, people bring us in this world, people feed us, people pay us, people work with us, people make relationships with us, you get the point!

Critics & Doers

A non-doer is very often a critic, that is someone sitting back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It is easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, change, & getting out of comfort zone.

As you look around your social group and see how much time is devoted toward criticism. Why? Because it is plain easy talking about how others are performing rather than performing yourself.

Could that be a problem around this part of the world? Are we too busy judging, criticizing, rather than doing what it takes to move toward coveted goal?
